Well-designed and impressive place, I appreciated caring personnel.
Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Jaisalmer. The location was incredible in an awesome area, next to the coffee shop, the dunes and restaurant. Also, this hotel was situated 2 km from tourist destination like Salim Singh ki Haveli.

Really good service and luxurious accommodations.
I encountered several issues that really detracted from my experience. The first room I was assigned was the Fort View Room king Bed, but it was lacking the promised view as a large boundary wall obstructed it. In the morning, various amenities were not functional.

Clean, hip new hotel, I liked reasonably spacious and beautiful rooms and outstandingly accommodating staff. The location was unbeatable and stunning, for example, Jaisalmer Fort was not too far away from the property. It was located in a nice area close to the airport and restaurant or spa, a nice base for me.
